Our Team

I was an electrolysis client long before I became a practitioner. For much of my adult life, I searched for the right solution to what felt like an overwhelming amount of unwanted hair. It was on my face and body in quantities that I did not love, and it often held me back from living a full and spontaneous life. Over the years, I tried nearly every hair removal method available, but electrolysis was the only one that truly worked and proved to be worth the investment.

My experience as a client led me to believe in electrolysis so strongly that I decided to pursue it as a career. I haven’t looked back since.

In 2012, I began my professional training chair-side with a highly skilled electrologist and later obtained certification through the Swanson's Canadian Institute of Electrolysis. In 2018, I became a member of the national professional association Canadian Organization of Professional Electrologists and shortly afterward joined its board. In 2019, I became a Practical Electrolysis Instructor with the Swanson's Canadian Institute of Electrolysis, where I had the opportunity to mentor and guide new practitioners entering the profession.

In 2023, I launched the complete training program at Clarico Electrolysis Academy. The academy offers modern, comprehensive theory and practical training to students from across Canada who are looking to build successful and ethical careers in permanent hair removal.

Contributing to this industry and helping people permanently remove unwanted hair continues to be incredibly rewarding for me—both as a practitioner and as an educator.
